You will be eligible for a refund for any fees paid to us only under the following circumstances: (i) you cancel your subscription within 14 calendar days from the date of its purchase and/or renewal (“Refund Period”); and (ii) you did not download any PRO Designs during this Refund Period. You acknowledge and accept that you will not be eligible for a refund if: (i) you do not request a refund during the Refund Period; or (ii) you download any PRO Design from the Site during the Refund Period.
